Theodore is in Alabama, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Theodore follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

What can I say, but WOW! A couple met us at the gate to direct us to our site, gave us brochures for Mobile and a map, plus a jar of jam, and had a welcome signboard with our names on it at our site. The laundry rooms and bathroom/shower room are immaculate. The decor is amazing. The pool area and the pavilions are beautiful. This place goes above and beyond I cannot say enough good about it.

This is a great park! Highly recommend we came in late , after dark, the owner was waiting for us by the gate and lead to a directly to our pull thru site. We were able to see what a beautiful place they have here the next morning and it was a breeze getting out of the park as well. You can tell they put thought into this layout to make it easy for big rigs to maneuver. Great price Super friendly owner. They have little chalkboards at each site that they welcome each family by name and correct spelling including our dogs lol. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful campground close to Mobile without being in the city. The owners are very nice and welcoming. They write your names on a chalkboard at your spot. The bathrooms and laundry rooms are beautiful. However, the shower heads need to be cleaned with vinegar! Not all the holes work and hard to get thick hair cleaned. Update found out they have hard water and do regularly clean the shower heads with CLR and scrub them.

This little gem is a great place to stay! Beautifully maintained, large off leash dog park, nice pool, and lots of communal gathering spaces. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are clean and well kept. The hosts and owners are wonderfully friendly. It is a great value and well worth every penny. We will definitely stay here again.
